No... I don't ever use poisons of any kind, and I don't do the endeavors that want you to kill using them.

Because of the effort? No killing neccessary, just applying the poison. I just AFK heavy attack a target dummy.
Because it's dishonorable? I usually use the Ogrim from one of the Blackwood event, for them it's just a mild micropeeling.

I was using these for the Endeavors, but it takes so long to get I just skip that one now.

Generally, I will only use poisons when they are required to assassinate NPCs in Dark Sacrament missions.
