Idk about that, but I think if you have only ever been one faction in the locked campaign (Gray Host) you should get priority
For example I have only ever had GH set to DC, someone like me should get in first over faction hoppers

No. I don't think this would necessarily be great for the game IMO.

What I would like to see, though, is players who have had the campaign homed for longer than 1 month to get priority in the campaign que. Let the people who have shown commitment and dedication to playing in a particular campaign regularly have priority over others who constantly flip flop campaigns or who only dabble in pvp for events. Let those who are only logging into cyrodil to play the event play the event funnel into the event servers where there are less hardcore pvp players anyways.

I agree with this. I’ve been told that only those who have GH set as their home campaign can get in during Whitestrake event, but I am not sure. I forgot to test that last event.

Anyway, the population on PS NA is so low that I think the last PvP event I was able to play early in the day without waiting in the queue much at all. So unless the performance situation is improved it might not matter much.

As an ESO+ subscriber since 2018 I respectfully say "No, thank you!". This is a rather terrible quality of life "idea".

Maybe someday Cyrodiil will be able to have a raised cap limit again.

As it is, I don't even bother trying to play during high pop hours. I don't care enough about pvp for that, one and done here unless there is some sort of event going on.

ESO+ members should make non-members in cyro carry all the gear.
ESO+ members should have gated housing communities, and all guards overlook their crime. 100% clemency
ESO+ members should be able to lie about their roles in random dungeons without repercussions.

I think so long as there are other Campaigns available for players to enter, allowing ESO+ members priority in a queue for the pop-locked one(s) would be ok. The only time multiple Campaigns get full is MYM, and typically even then there are others available because they add extras.

In ZOS' shoes, I'd absolutely prioritize my paying customers in any way I could. That said? They know their metrics better than we ever will, and if non-subbed Customers account for a huge chunk of the Cash Shop purchases, they likely don't do this sort of thing because the far larger amount of revenue coming from that isn't worth risking.

if they would figure out a way to punish players using key stroke programs to stay in game and not be kicked while afk for hours we wouldnt have much of a line. every event during prime time i see 20 + people afk at front line keeps or the port in spot after their character died at the keep

Mounts, while ridden by an ESO+ member, can climb mountains.

Free players are very rare.

This is a buy to play game. There was a giveaway on Epic at one point iirc and any other limited promotions but that's the extent.

As an ESO+ subscriber my initial thought was no.

But after giving it a bit of thought, considering different sides and seeing some good in it as well - especially since I am one of those subscribers - I came to conclusion: absolutely, 100% no!

You should be able to play all the content you own without subscription.
