✭Afaik it still persists. This is how people currently bug/abuse a permanent Emperor title. They make a new character, get emperor in the sub-50 campaign and then delete the character. Unless this was fixed the Emperor title should be available for all your other characters since the deleted character "technically" never lost the emperor title.Ps4 EU 2016-2020

✭The achievement will remain, but there will be no name attached to it. I did this with the toon that got the master fisher achievement. Deleted her and made a new version with the same name. The achievements now have no name.3
