PTS Patch Notes v10.3.3

The Elder Scrolls Online v10.3.3 kicks off week 4 of PTS. This week’s patch introduces adjustments and bug fixes to the Vengeance Campaign abilities, the Fallen Banners dungeon content, and Base Game content. Additionally, Remedy Cascade (Arcanist) and Unnerving Boneyard (Necromancer) receive a fix.

Crafter’s Celebration is back in 2025 for testing. While keeping in line with its core features from last year, there have been some technical upgrades to the event.

Crafter’s Celebration
The Crafter’s Celebration received some much-needed technical upgrades, so we are activating it on PTS this week. Functionality the event is as originally intended from the first time it ran in early 2024 and has the following features:

Extra harvesting resources
+100% Inspiration earned
+100% Writ Vouchers earned from new Writs (this applies to new Writs created during the span of the event. Stored writs from before the event going live DO NOT get modified when the event goes up).
50% Trait Transmute and Reconstruction Cost
- Items reconstructed during this event keep their proper deconstruct value even after the event ends. Therefore, if you reconstruct an item for 12 crystals (fully discovered set with event running), it will deconstruct for 12 crystals regardless of whether the event is running or not.

Buffs and Debuffs

Minor Prophecy and Savagery’s listed values are now consistent between their tooltip and effect. They now always state the proper granted amount of Critical Rating, equal to 6% based on your level.

Class Abilities

Arcanist
- Curative Runeforms
  - Remedy Cascade: This ability and its morphs now properly prioritize the lowest health allies in the area.
Necromancer
- Gravelord
  - Unnerving Boneyard: Minor Vulnerability and Major Breach from this morph can now be cleansed.

Scribing
Grimoires

Banner Bearer: Updated the tooltip for this Grimoire when paired with the Class Mastery Signature script to be more clear about its frequency and application.

Item Sets

Dungeon Sets
- Flame Blossom: This set no longer deals unintended extra instances of damage when paired with certain other sets.
Trial Sets
- Slivers of the Null Arca: This set no longer occasionally proc multiple times before its cooldown is applied when used in tandem with certain abilities.

Exiled Redoubt

Jerensi the Executioner
- Jerensi will no longer turn to face enemies while channeling her Swirling Darkblade ability.
Prime Sorcerer Vandorallen
- The audio mix (including voice overs) for this encounter has been updated.
Squall of Retribution
- The voice over for this encounter is updated, so it is easier to hear the lines.

Lep Seclusa

Garvin the Tracker
- Hard Mode will now always be applied when using the Challenge Banner.
- Adjusted when Garvin will use his Vanishing Powder ability to better incorporate it into the encounter.

A Guild in Crisis

Skordo no longer walks out of the conversation camera while talking to you.
If you died in a certain part of the quest, the quest assist no longer leads you a round-about way to get back to the quest objective.
Updated some visuals in the quest.

Battlegrounds

In Port Dufort, we fixed a spot behind a particular crate where you could previously get stuck.
If you are very low ranked, you will no longer sometimes be matched with players ranked far above you.

General

Some Wayshrines previously unavailable while in the Vengeance campaign are now accessible.
Poisons may be visible while in the Vengeance campaign. However like other non-Vengeance sourced consumables, they are not usable.
In cases where some weapon traits persisted while in previous weeks of Vengeance testing, those traits are now removed.
Adjusted the Rune Focus and Rune Power abilities that the Mender Guards in Cyrodiil casted, to reduce their strain on the server.
- Rune Focus now applies a damage shield to the caster for 15 seconds that absorbs 50% of their Max Health, rather than creating a 15 second area effect that granted a damage shield to them for 5 seconds, each second absorbing 3000 damage.
- Rune Power now applies a damage shield to the caster and up to 5 allies within 8 meters for 15 seconds equal to 50% of the caster’s Max Health, rather than creating a 15 second area effect that granted a damage shield to allies within 3 meters, which absorbed 50 damage every half second but also only absorbed 20% of damage taken.

Vengeance Abilities
Arcanist

Herald of the Tome
- Vengeance-Bearer’s Inspiration: The weapon visuals from this ability no longer become stuck on the player.
- Vengeance Ayssal Impact: This ability now cannot be cast while silenced.
Curative Runeforms
- Vengeance Arcanist’s Domain: The visuals for this ability are now focused on the caster, rather than a targeted ally.
Soldier of Apocrypha
- Vengeance Fatewoven Armor: The Minor Breach applied from this ability will now consistently apply to closest enemies.
- Vengeance Gibbering Shield: This ultimate damage will now correctly remove Stealth or Invisibility from enemies hit.

Dragonknight

Ardent Flame
- Vengeance Fiery Breath: The tooltip for this ability now mentions its target cap.
Earthen Heart
- Vengeance Stonefist: This ability now cannot be activated while Silenced.

Necromancer

Gravelord
- Vengeance Boneyard: The Minor Vulnerability status applied from this ability can now be cleansed.
- Vengeance Skeletal Mage: This ability now costs the proper resources to cast.
Bone Tyrant
- Vengeance Bone Armor: This ability previously stated it also granted Minor Resolve. This has been fixed and no longer mentions granting Minor Resolve.
- Vengeance Bone Totem: The Major Maim status applied from this ability can now be cleansed.
Living Death
- Vengeance Expunge: Activating this ability no longer removes Stealth.

Nightblade

Shadow
- Vengeance Path of Darkness: This ability goes to the closest allies in the area.

Sorcerer

Dark Magic
- Vengeance Negate Magic: This ultimate no longer ignores line of sight when being used.
Storm Calling
- Vengeance Surge: Activating this ability no longer removes Stealth.

Warden

Animal Companion
- Vengeance Falcon’s Swiftness: This ability now correctly costs resources to cast.
Green Balance
- Vengeance Nature’s Grasp: Fixed an issue where this ability could be dodged by allies.
Winter’s Embrace
- Vengeance Arctic Wind: This ability no longer breaks Stealth when cast.

Crime Wave

The drop chance of the first Pouch of Ill-Gotten Goods found each day has been increased.
Updated the help entry sections to be more clear:
- Clarified that extra Fence Interactions increase from the baseline and stack additively with other Fence interaction bonuses.
- Clarified that murdering someone and looting their corpse counts as pickpocketing. Pickpocketing with less of a challenge, but pickpocketing all the same.

Endeavors & Golden Pursuits

Endeavor and Golden Pursuit activities asking you to devour corpses as a Werewolf will now count correctly.

General

Your loading times when Limit Background FPS is enabled (in your Video settings) won’t be negatively impacted.
Refined the text in the “Slayer of Death Itself” achievement to be more specific.

Coldharbour

A Light in the Darkness: If you turned in Army of Meridia before turning in A Light From the Darkness, King Dynar should now be present outside the Fighters Guild.

Add-ons

Fixed issue where add-on files underneath PC or Keyboard folders would still load on a console and enforce console flow mode.
Add-ons should be correctly disabled after the emergency reload when using ForceConsoleFlow.2 and hitting the memory limit.

Gamepad

Mundus Stone bonuses are now properly displaying in Advanced Stats within the Character screen.
Mundus boon names display correctly.

General

Greyhome’s name will now be displayed on the Tamriel map.
The Champion bar will revert to the normal Champion bar after leaving the Vengeance campaign.
