All my fishing achievements have been reset

On 26.01. I discovered that my fishing achievements had been reset. I had already invested a lot of time in fishing. Two Achievements (“Cold Harbor” and “Khenarthi's Roost”) remained. All others were completely deleted.
I have been looking for help (Forum, Ticket) or a hint as to whether this is just a display error. I can't use the event to finish my achievements...
It would be very kind if I could get any assistance.

That was the first thing I did. The answer was "we can't give back achievements" and "try the forum".

✭✭✭✭Sometimes the first reply one gets on a support ticket can be generic or unhelpful. I would at the very least try replying and restating the problem.1 -

Hi,
CouchTato asked the same so I dragged all addons out of the folder and also turned off 'AddOns' ingame.
But it didn't change anything. Also tried repairing - maybe I could run another repair after all AddOns are gone now...
Somehow I still fear that the progress within the achievments got lost at some point.0
