All my fishing achievements have been reset

On 26.01. I discovered that my fishing achievements had been reset. I had already invested a lot of time in fishing. Two Achievements (“Cold Harbor” and “Khenarthi's Roost”) remained. All others were completely deleted.

I have been looking for help (Forum, Ticket) or a hint as to whether this is just a display error. I can't use the event to finish my achievements...

It would be very kind if I could get any assistance.

I recommend opening a ticket through support, then coming back here and adding it to the post. The forum mods are quite helpful with such things.

That was the first thing I did. The answer was "we can't give back achievements" and "try the forum".

I was going to send a link to suggest you submit a ticket, however it appears you have already done that. If you like, we can take a look at the ticket if you provide the ticket number. I cannot guarantee we will have a different answer.

Sometimes the first reply one gets on a support ticket can be generic or unhelpful. I would at the very least try replying and restating the problem.

Indeed it was very generic... And all tipps had nothing to do with my situation...

@Aykami Hey! Quick question: are you using any addons on PC? I know of many that can do what you are describing. Happy to help you troubleshoot it!

Hi,
CouchTato asked the same so I dragged all addons out of the folder and also turned off 'AddOns' ingame.
But it didn't change anything. Also tried repairing - maybe I could run another repair after all AddOns are gone now...

Somehow I still fear that the progress within the achievments got lost at some point.
