Amsterdam (missing) Goblet news?

    Goblets are coming. We had an issue with the original sample and the manufacturer needed to resize the goblets. Hoping to have more info soon, but that’s the latest we were provided with when seeking follow up info.

    I just got an email about this (Clan Mother Tadali houseguest):

    Alas the account linked to the email already had her unlocked (I thought it would be a code that I could use on one of my alts but oh well, such is life) so I have no way to confirm.

    Either way you should check just in case she has been unlocked for you.

    There's no way I'd be willing to wait almost a year for a gimmick merchandise item I paid for upfront.

    I have moved country since I booked the event tickets so I would like to make sure this is correct. Last year there was an email asking us to reach out if our adddress had changed since the event. I sent a few emails to the listed email address but had no response that my address had been updated or email recived. I don't want it to go to the wrong address :#

    Don't have a candle in this but I've got to say, with apologies for the negativity, that this whole saga running for such a hugely long time comes across as one of the most staggeringly badly handled customer service episodes I've ever seen. I'm amazed anyone hung around rather than demanding a refund. Meanwhile, it has been here for everyone else to behold in the forums.
