Those 2 passives should be active on both bars regardless of wich bar has it slotted much like sorceror and dragonknight has it now. Dark Vigor should get the full benefit of "how many skills you have slotted". If you have two shadow skills slotted on bar 1 and one slotted on bar 2 you should get the benefit of 3 skill slotted for both bars, having different max hp values depending on wich bar you are on is hurting my ocd and it just doesnt help the build as much as it should.

I really wish zos did more about the I wish threads.
EDIT:
figure I should atleast comment on the post. Honestly I feel like this train of thought can be dangerous or just a mistake design wise. At a certain point if every class gets every buff that every other class has...... Why play other classes?
We are close to the point where everything is turning into a warden gameplay wise. I could take the same build and skill layout between my stamsorc, warden, dk, necro and they will all play the same. Other than my warden will have nearly double the heals and group heals, with better burst.....Edited by MincMincMinc on January 27, 2025 1:38PMI only use insightful2
