Multiple Mounts

I've been to the stable hand and for 10g was able to buy a second slot for a mount.
My question is....if I were out on my main....can I log in an alt and take out the 2nd horse....or is the second horse bound to the character that purchases it?

Per character. The reason to have multiple is not for your alts, it's so you can have one horse with nothing but inventory, then another with lots of stamina for PvP, then another for speed for running around.

Thanks for the clarification although in real life, if I had 2 horses and took one of them out.....why can't my friend (alt) take the other one?
Oh well....I guess I'll just have to earn more gold for more horses

I rarely use my horse for travel. I'm leveling up a basic horse for speed, and I have the expensive pack mount with all points going to inventory. The inventory space is infinitely more useful to me, as I can get around plenty fast with wayshrines.

This aint real life, Thankfully

I wish I had known ages ago that there was a cap at level 50 for the horses as Ive made a jack of all trades, master of none type horse. Going to have to make another me thinks.
