Need Help with Launcher bug!

Hello everyone, I would like to ask for your help in an issue that I am having since today. Yesterday I could play alright, but today when I tried to start the game after the maintenance I am getting this when I run the launcher:
2agjmtg.jpg

(I jut noticed, even the picture itself is bugged, It shows icons where I don`t even have but the laucnher, or whatever it has become, is displayed how I see).

Any chance anyone had similar issues? I wanted to try repair but well... umm.. ye as you see that is not an option. After several tries, I sometimes get a somewhat okay launcher, still bugged but at least I saw letters and could click stuff. I started a repair and then it started downloading a 3.89 MB something, it showed the download speed but the remaining size did not decrease. Then the speed started to decrease to 0, so I thought it was down, but then I got a " reliable source serving corrupt data" message there.

I hope someone can give me some help here that is not having to download the whole game again for my connection is abysmal in the past few days and I`ve already been hitting my head in the wall for that.

The problem is, I don`t think we have a repair.exe tool which is a shame in issues such as mine when the launcher is bugged.

Thank you in advance and I hope you can help me out.

Oh, and I can bypass the launcher by starting the game but it won`t let me log in as I have an outdated client.

    Greetings @Csub‌ ,

Please ensure the game is installed into an administrator account on your machine.

Otherwise, this error can be caused by an Antivirus Program imposing restrictions on the Game Launcher. This problem manifests towards the end of downloading or patching the game.

Make an exception in the Antivirus Program to allow full access to the Game Launcher. You can find the launcher file here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher\Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe

After this is done, reboot and try to run the launcher again. Also, try to Run it as "Administrator". This can be done by right-clicking on the Shortcut, and then choosing "Run as Administrator"

We also advise to start windows in safe mode with networking before trying to patch/repair the client, to make sure that nothing will interfere with it.

Well, I only have my account on my laptop so it has administrator settings. And as I mentioned earlier, everything was fine till today.

However, I did restart my laptop in safe mode, but couldn`t get it working with networking safe mode, but I had that selected. I started the launcher anyway, and it was showing up fine. It couldn`t connect of course, but it is at least a sign that it was about to work in safe mode. Too bad I can`t get it working with networking.

I am doing a full antivirus scan (disabling antivirus did not help either). I also tried it in safe mode, same results. I will keep trying after the scan completed, I will write an update, thank you for your help so far.

Update: Fixed it, I had some nasty spyware or adware, after running cleans with CCleaner (both cleaning and registry), rkill and removing 1-2 unknown stuff with CCleaner, everything is working fine! Thanks again for the help, by checking it in safe mode I realized the problem was not with the launcher.

This topic can be marked as answered if possible, or if cannot, maybe others in the future will still find this useful!

Thanks again for the swift response.
