game not patching?

v 1.0.8 patch just rolled out...
once North American server was back online i started the launcher...
no update.
nothing.
i launch game and it says 'v 1.0.7'
i can login and play.
tried 'check for updates' finds nothing.
tried 'repair'... finds nothing.
tried deleting all '.version' files then repair... still says '1.0.7.'
any ideas?

UpInSm0kESoul ShrivenMine is doing the same......Still says 1.0.7 and when I login to the game my 2H skills on my quickbar are missing and my Weapons (equipped) and in the inventory don't have any icons they are just blank. Anyone else experiencing issues.0 -
zgrssd✭✭✭✭I just switched my launcher to NA region and it is downloading a patch. 50 MiB round about. Small patches as usual.
I can verify that the game version is given as 1.0.7 despite the patch. Somebody forgot to itterate a cosntant before compilation, it seems. Or maybe this is only the version of the .exe file and the patch only touched auxiliary files.
Keep in mind that the patched gamefiles get released before the server is back online and the launcher by default checks every few minutes for new files while the game is not running. So chances are very high it was already downlaoded while the server was down.

encountered no issues playing... but...
to be safe:
i started up a second computer i use for ESO.
launcher downloaded the patch successfully.
(patch approx 4 files and total 75MB)
then copied all game folders and pasted into 'problem machine'.
game version still shows 1.0.7 on both devices...
but all is properly patched and working fine.
