[PS5 BUG] On-Screen keyboard forced

Since this thread https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/585970/ps5-bug-on-screen-keyboard-forced#latest was closed for being a few months old despite the issue not being fixed and stating there was no updates regarding the issue, and we were directed here so I figured I would start a new thread here about it.

The issue - Using an external keyboard and hitting” enter” to allow writing to the text chat causes a big on-screen keyboard to appear and covers 1/4 of the screen. It also blocks using the up arrow for accessing message history.

I find it does not happen every time 100%. It's random when it does and I am not sure what causes it. Maybe lag on the message system or something?

For me it's like one out of every 20-30 times.
