Really bad experience with the Support :(

Hello, I just thought I give it a shot over here.

I've had a really bad experience with the customer support sadly.

Months ago I had troubles logging into the game, more specifically recieving the "authentication code" to be able to login. After many back and forths it was successfully resolved.

However I now wanted to login to the PTS and I had the same issues again, so I contacted customer support, and they basically told me to the exact same things yet again (change password, change email adress). Now I'm left at a point where I can no longer login to the ESO Account website anymore. And I just got told that the customer support isn't able to help me anymore because my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

However I believe that my pc with the following specs not only meets the minimum requirements but meet the recommended requirements:

OS: Windows 11 23H2 64-Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU
System RAM: 32GB
GPU: Direct X 12 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design with 4GB of RAM

Be that as it may. I have no idea how "not recieving an email" with the "authentification code" has ANYTHING to do with the specs of my PC. I don't understand how not being able to login to the ESO Account website anymore, is anything to do with the specs of my PC.

    You will likely have to navigate at least 2-4 automated emails before you get to deal with an actual customer service rep. Just keep replying and maybe, hopefully, you'll get the issue resolved.

    As others suggested, sometimes the initial replies from support are not very relevant... many of us think they may be automatically generated. I would reply and explain the problem again.

    Since you posted your ticket number, hopefully @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_CouchTato or one of the forum mods can check that your ticket finds its way to the right people too.
