Hello, I just thought I give it a shot over here.
I've had a really bad experience with the customer support sadly.
Months ago I had troubles logging into the game, more specifically recieving the "authentication code" to be able to login. After many back and forths it was successfully resolved.
However I now wanted to login to the PTS and I had the same issues again, so I contacted customer support, and they basically told me to the exact same things yet again (change password, change email adress). Now I'm left at a point where I can no longer login to the ESO Account website anymore. And I just got told that the customer support isn't able to help me anymore because my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
However I believe that my pc with the following specs not only meets the minimum requirements but meet the recommended requirements:
OS: Windows 11 23H2 64-Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU
System RAM: 32GB
GPU: Direct X 12 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design with 4GB of RAM
Be that as it may. I have no idea how "not recieving an email" with the "authentification code" has ANYTHING to do with the specs of my PC. I don't understand how not being able to login to the ESO Account website anymore, is anything to do with the specs of my PC.
