this suggestion should alleviate some stress from players but also reduce some of the no-longer-needed support tickets:
once an account has been confirmed as a spammer and whatever action taken against the account, please also delete any emails they've sent out.
this will stop actual players from having to see the email(s) and also reduce the number of tickets created for spammers which have already been dealt with...everybody is happy (except the spammer...but who cares about them?)
