Noxious Boulder Set

I'm looking at the stats for this set and it's basically Flame Blossom but it deals poison and its worse. Flame Blossom hits everything in its path and has a 10 second cooldown. Can we please make Noxious Boulder on par with Flame Blossom by having the boulder hit everything in its path and / or adjust the cooldown to 10 seconds?

very few Sets apply a status effect, and many use HA builds in IA
whether that justifies it's existence I don't know but it certainly seems to be a theme in this patch1
