Ayleid furniture plans obtained as loot for excavations

I am currently farming Ayleid furniture plans. Is it possible that from certain leads only specific furniture plans can drop?

For instance I received three desk plans for the same lead. This may be random but it may also be that this specific lead only drops that specific plan or only a few of the 16 added plans and thus some plans will never drop from that lead...

    Nope. Any ayleid plan can drop off any excavated lead in the specific zones, and there's no cooldown on these plans

    How often do they drop for you?

    The drop rates are either abbysmal or they once again botched this, once they "fixed" the 3rd reward not registering.
    I have excavated tons of gold leads lately, I don't remember getting one furnishing plan

    Most of the time I get them from greens and blues, although green has the highest drop rate.

    I get them somewhat regularly. I'm in the habit now of blowing long chain reactions at every digsite now, even if it's not in a zone that drops those furnishings just to keep my skills sharp and maximizing the opportunity for 3rd bonus loot drop.
