Is there a limit to script drops?

Did the Wrothgar daily delve and Summerset daily (not the WB). Neither dropped a script (still waiting on several). Did I miss something?

There's up to 9 possible per day guaranteed from various activities.

Rewards from the Worthy coffer (Focus)
Cyrodiil daily coffer (Signature)
IC District daily coffer (Affix)
MG daily coffer from Alvur Baren (Focus)
FG daily coffer from Cardea Gallus (Signature)
Undaunted daily coffer from Bolgrul (Affix)
any DLC zone delve coffer (Focus)
any DLC zone WB coffer (Signature)
any DLC zone incursion coffer (Affix)

Once one has been obtained from one of those places, further coffers from the same source have only a 25% chance of containing another. By what you say, you got the "DLC delve" coffer from two places, ostensibly after you did one already, so you already got that one today. Further coffers only have a 1-in-4 chance of containing a second one until tomorrow.

Another thing to note is that the Scripts are curated by character, so doing the above on a character who needs Scripts will guarantee it's one they need. Once they have eaten all of them, they will start to drop random Scripts of that type.

Is there a definitive list of where to get Class Scripts? I just did IC...the daily and the 5 stages and the boss, and didn't get any Class Scripts, first time done for this account.

Did you mean IA instead of IC? Asking since you mentioned the stages. If so, IA was not reliable in terms of script scrap drops from the very beginning, I remember people complaining about it.

Class Script Scraps can be found in rewards granted by:
- Completing normal and veteran Trials
- Opening normal and veteran Trial weekly coffers
- Appearing on Trial leaderboards
- Completing normal and veteran Arenas
- Appearing on an Arena leaderboard
- Completing the Infinite Archive
- Opening rewards for completing daily normal and veteran Dungeons
- Opening daily Battleground reward boxes
- Completing Master Writs
- Opening reward boxes granted from completing Elder Scrolls capture quests in Cyrodiil
- Becoming Emperor in Cyrodiil

I obtained most of mine by doing one Mastery writ per day. Also, got some from trials.

Loads of places to get them - daily random dungeons, trials, master writs, Tho'at, BGs, etc. Note that some are once-per-day.

Once you get 50, you can eat them all to get the Class Mastery script for the character who ate the 50th one. After that, the script itself can be bought from the dude in the Scholarium directly.

Tho'at is not guaranteed to drop the scrap. At least that was the case when I was collecting them. Master writs are guaranteed one per day.

And just in case: Eat them immediately, on whichever character you happen to be on. They accumulate across characters, progress is saved, and once you reach 50, the Class Script is unlocked for all characters to buy it from the Scriptorium vendor.
The only reason to pay attention to what character eats script fragments is if you want to have the achievement be attributed to a specific one.

Did not get me a script...first one today. It DID however get me Affix: Enervation

Sigh...and I just saw the Class pop up after typing this...ya DISREGARD
