[BUG] High Isle boss quest Avarice of the Eldertide won't complete

Fariahni✭✭✭Ascendant Shadows quest is still bugged on PC-NA. Killed the bosses, didn't get credit for the quest. Our group of 5 are waiting around now to try to kill them again.0 -

Quest markers lead the player to a location on Amenos which is a wall of rocks that has no effective "click" to allow advancement toward the "Free the Prisoners" nor the "Kill the Ascendant Order Fanatics." Those objectives are, in fact, over near the west central area of High Isle.0

Those objectives are, in fact, over near the west central area of High Isle.
There is a path through the wall of rock at the location of a crafting station (can’t remember the name). That is typical quest marker behavior when there is a doorway to another area of the map.
