I have been an active player and an ESO Plus subscriber since 2015, and I cannot gift items from the Crown Store. I have submitted a ticket for the issue but have received no response. Could anyone help me, please? I am trying to send some holiday gifts.

I just received an update stating that I am not active enough and that my application has been rejected. I have over 9.9K hours on Steam, and an active ESO Plus subscription. I've played the game since 2015 and am literally in game right now. Is this an error?0
