Lost all my crafting items after the ESO Plus trial

As the title says. After the ESO Plus free trial ended, all the crafting items I had previously gathered vanished. On the trial they were moved to the crafting bag and after the trial the bag is gone along with its contents.

I could not find a way to report this via ticket, the new help form is too confusing, so I am asking ZoS support for help.

    Huh, I thought the craft bag stuck around but only in a “retrieve” state with an inability to deposit.

    It’s supposed to stick around, yes. That’s why lots of people who don’t subscribe regularly look forward to the free trials.

    Silly me, I thought the items would return to my inventory and was checking at a merchant, not on the inventory menu. Thank you for your swift reply @ZOS_Phoenix <3
