Lost all my crafting items after the ESO Plus trial

As the title says. After the ESO Plus free trial ended, all the crafting items I had previously gathered vanished. On the trial they were moved to the crafting bag and after the trial the bag is gone along with its contents.

I could not find a way to report this via ticket, the new help form is too confusing, so I am asking ZoS support for help.

Huh, I thought the craft bag stuck around but only in a “retrieve” state with an inability to deposit.

It’s supposed to stick around, yes. That’s why lots of people who don’t subscribe regularly look forward to the free trials.

Seeing as you should still have access to the craft bag per this article, we would recommend opening a ticket with our support team here.

Silly me, I thought the items would return to my inventory and was checking at a merchant, not on the inventory menu. Thank you for your swift reply @ZOS_Phoenix
