What can you say, it's a double execute.

Not only do you not need to actually do any damage in the execute range, you can spam it all over the map per target no worries and the damage scaling starts from 100%.
Poison injection lasts 20s and you get free 8m range bonus from battlespirit.
It also has 2 wpn dmg stats on it while scaling by wpn dmg, which is another whole other thing that procs shouldn't get any bonus to thier scaling via the same set.

Slap on some poisons and slot balorg, way of fire and you can walk around spamming poison arrows taking as many kb with 0 effort as you want.

Either push it out to 10s cooldown like other sets or remove per target and make it 6s cooldown for the whole set.

This set is like being a sorc with endless fury. But more annoying because you need less skills to score kills.
