Hi,
I've submitted a few tickets but wanted to see if i can speak to someone and get this fixed.
My account was permanently the other day, it did not explain why it was banned. I submitted a ticket (# 241216-003647) being one of them, upon reflection I realised I accessed my account via Geforce now about a week ago using Epicgamestore which I also have a copy of the game on there as well as the eso client I normally use.
Is it possible the ban has come from this situation?
