Unclaimed gift question

I sent someone a gift via the crown store, they didn't claim it within the 14 day window, and now the expiration timer is at 0:00 hours but the gift is not showing up in the "returned" category (which I thought automatically happened if a gift wasn't claimed).
Is there any way to resolve this on my end? Or do I need to submit a ticket?

Oh I recently had that issue. The person who you sent to will need to log on and check gifts and you will have option to send back to them after relogging.Isodicentric chromosome 15 is rare & I was born with it. It might not look like I have a disability, but it was discovered from a blood test in my childhood. Please have patience with me.0 -
metheglyn✭✭✭✭✭Hmm, well hopefully they'll log on at some point. This isn't a person I know--it was someone from the annual gift exchange thread. I've never experienced a person posting in that and then not claiming a gift, so we'll see what happens next.
