Why not coldsnap Motif 71 in store for December ?

I have been playing eso for yrs...grandmastemaster Crafter here and I have gotten so many gold coldsnap master writs but I can't craft them cos I cannot get the coldsnap Motif. A player told me it would be in eso store in December but no joy. I dont want to have to destroy my gold master writs that require this Motif and I don't want to sell them I did try once but they boomerangs back to me lol

✭✭✭✭✭Coldsnap drops from the final boss of Frostvault, so you should be able to buy the motif pages from guild traders in the game.
Notably, most of the motifs* can be found from in-game sources, and it's always a better deal to buy the motifs from guild traders than to buy them from the Crown Store.
*(the only ones that are solely available from the Crown Store are Frostcaster, Tsaesci, and Grim Harlequin as seasonal purchases every so often, and the Hircine Bloodhunter in the DB crates that are about to leave. But none of those motifs have ever ben needed for Master Writs or achieves.)2 -

I've seen some people who were aware that motif can be bought from players, but were not aware that it can be bought in individual pages... they were looking for full golden books, and those are rare and expensive collector items. So there's this problem as well.1
