    theres several unique cases but from the top two of them one has 19 tickets and the other 17 in the last months (totals 28 including the last year). Some tickets have been reopened by replies more than others, depending on when they expired or got permanently closed.

    the adventure with zos customer support continues ..

    does an admin or dev with access can tell me about ticket 240208-006754 ? was it solved, or acknowledged ? why was it closed?
    i had to reply to the ticket because it wasnt solved, it was just closed without answer, as usual.
    i have asked something there and didnt get an answer. Ticket just got closed again after i replied again to it because the issue repeated after it was closed the first time. The "answer provided" automatic reply is irrelevant to the problem.

    and optional if you want some extra content, i would like to know about ticket 240128-003032, that one is ridiculous.

    i reported maybe 1% of bg players, only those that continue harassing after being told to stop, but what has this to do with this thread? and these 1% players are notoriously toxic, it's not about me.

    what exactly falls under acts of griefing, cause distress, any other undesired behavior used to cause discomfort or disrupt experience?

    if let's say just as an example, that another player is repeatedly crouching/squatting at you from a few meters away occasionally coming at your location while youre not dead and keeps doing it even if you move away, all while hes been told to stop it. Does this count as harassment? is this behavior valid for reporting?
