Is there another method to contact support?
I put in a support ticket 3 day ago for a simple matter. In fact just 2 weeks ago support sorted it out for me within 24 hours. However this time I am not getting even an auto-response and as you all know the High Isle event has started and this issue has an effect on my playability.
So is there another way to contact anyone to help me out? Thank you in advance for any replies.
