No Voice in Character creator PlayStation

I cannot test voices in character creator at all no matter how many settings in tune or change you just cannot here them, i have character voice at max in my settings

If you start the game prior to connecting your headset to your PlayStation it could cause audio issues. when you press test voice button the character makes no sounds at all0
