No Voice in Character creator PlayStation

I cannot test voices in character creator at all no matter how many settings in tune or change you just cannot here them, i have character voice at max in my settings

If you start the game prior to connecting your headset to your PlayStation it could cause audio issues. i play without a headset alot so its not that

when you press test voice button the character makes no sounds at all
