One of the bonus loot after excavating does not register

I can only guess this has something to do with new furnishing plans introduced into Excavation rewards, but I've had several purple quality excavations that didn't register 3 bonus rewards.
I only get two bonus rewards, even if I found all 3 with time remaining.

You can see all three bonus loot items were found, but that just two are awarded.

These are great questions, and we've checked in with a few teams today to get answers.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this bug we don't have the ability to retroactively grant the bonus rewards, which are those extra sellable items in your screenshot. After the fix is live, the excavation loot roll will properly give you those bonus rewards again.
You can hold off on Excavating Leads until we get the fix in, if those extra sellable items are really important to you. In talking to the team, though, they did say that this bug will not occur on every Excavation, and that it also won't happen in West Weald, Gold Coast, or Blackwood at all - those zones should be fine even before we fix the bug.
Lastly, there aren't any extensions for lead timers either unfortunately.Edited by ZOS_JessicaFolsom on October 30, 2024 11:15PM2 -
SnowP✭✭✭The Bug seems to be independent of the exvacation quality.
Not only purple or gold are affected as seen in the images above. Green and blue qualities are also affeced:

What platform?
This was in the PC patch notes for last week — if you’re still seeing a problem, submit a bug report in game and ping a CM here to let them know the fix didn’t work.
If on console, you typically get incrementals two weeks after PC. That may be why they haven’t yet updated the Known Issues list to reflect this fix as completed just yet.Edited by virtus753 on November 16, 2024 5:19PM0 -

I have also had this occur, but it is intermittent. I've had furnishing plans drop when the bug doesn't occur.PC EU
