Hi, support team. I keep crashing since the U44 went live, this is the message i guet.

Fatal error: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED.
Failure Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG - The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application.

Do you have any solution ?

If you are still having this issue have a look at your PSU and the power cables to your video card. I had this problem and it turned out to be one of the two power cables feeding my video card had a bad connection. Took a bit to figure it out but after replacing the power cable it's never happened again. I had to use a special tester to find the problem but if you have a spare power cable try swapping it with an installed cable to the video card.

Do you own an amd card? Specifically a 5700xt?

Try only install amd driver, not radeon software and use msi afterburner.

You will make a profile in there where you downclock the card to 1900mhz and 1100mv.
