    I doesn't say 'we can't help you'. It says nothing like that.
    It says quite clearly:
    • We can't help you at this point.
    • You need to wait until the end of the month.
    • You need to take a screen shot of your calendar as at the end of the month.
    • You need to submit a new ticket, including the screenshot.
    Basically, they want you to prove that you lost something before they can consider compensating you for it.

    I lost one whole day with the event, and losing half a day on wednesday when everything goes down for 8 hours.

    since the maintenance day we have the last reward of the month locked, there is absolutely no point in waiting the end of the month to show it, they just want players forgeting it or not bothering enough to make a second ticket, this topic is already lost in the forum, there will probably be no compensation at all.

    While I agree with the sentiment, as someone who plays every day if I missed a day I'd lose the final days reward. Lots of players don't play every day so their loss might be day 6, 10, 21 etc and so their loss will only be known once the month is over

    @ZOS_Kevin I’m sorry but why is Xbox EU going down for a further 2 HOURS tonight? This is getting to be beyond a joke. 6pm - 8pm is the most prime time you could possibly get?

    It's 7-9pm here and prog runs are getting cancelled again

    and how would zos know if one of these loss is due to the maintenance? even if only one reward is missing, how would they know if it's really due to the maintenance?

    They have logs to verify if players log everyday and if they claim the rewards everyday, considering the number of active players on Xbox EU it wouldn't be long to check.

    if they wanted to give a compensation, they just have to check their logs, but they won't, because it would create a precedent where each time someone could'nt play due to a maintenance they would claim their right to have a compensation.

    Please extend the event for us. I realise maintenance is a thing that must be done, but we have missed more than 24 hours of it.
    Speaking of which, why dont events start at reset? For me in the UK reset is 0400, events usually start at 1500, this is half a day.
    Events finish at 1500 which also means half a day of said activity.
    I cant for the life of me figure out why the first and last day are only half days.
