The only one insulting is you. Where is this promise they gave you. The only thing I have seen is they said your issue was sent to a supervisor. There was no promise that it would be right away that they would get back to you.

Last week when I sent in a ticket I asked for it to go to level 2 support, it took 2 days for them to get back to me. Not everything is instantaneously.

Well they put the game out unfinished and just want some basic SUPPORT for the money they took...am I in the wrong forums, thought it said SUPPORT and not insult everyone you disagree with, seems like i was wrong and people get away with all sorts of stuff if they fight on behalf of the company. But please continue to prove me right...I dare you all!
