Any word from that supervisor yet...I understand you are trying to bury my thread without an OFFICIAL response, I will remind you once again! I have dealt with enough threats just make good on your word...for once.

I paid for game and deserves anwers instead of threats and insults here in customer SUPPORT.

Please refrain from this childish behavior and have a supervisor contact me like you promised me!

Where was your question? What you consider(in other words your opinion) is no validation for Zeni/Devs/Moderators to make any official response. Ranting about it on the forums won't do you any good, probably the opposite.
AS for their bias, couldn't be further from the truth. This is one of the most unbiased forums I've been on, the mods here are quite layed back.

I've made many posts arguing, disagreeing with Zeni and things ESO. The difference is in the manner I have done it. I've not had a post removed, edited or closed (yet...lol)

Just rethink your strategy a little and maybe you'll get a better response !

And please BAN these people who just TROLL here and personally insult while people are looking for real answers in Customer Support...they violate your ToS time and time again (not looking for answers just fights), and the reason I have have brought this issue up repeatedly! I don't personally insult people...just looking for some basic answers like your employee promised me..after threatening me for what I perceived as BIAS against those who disagree with Zenimax!

A game I love and PAID for is worth it when I want some basic answers...but keep braking ToS with all of your personal insults...just follow your own rule ZoS and please don't allow personal insults!

Please argue with my opinion and don't insult me personally if you don't have a valid argument.

Since I am only trying to get a response from Support in this SUPPORT forum I guess what I feel shouldn't concern you unless you are just trying to start trouble or insult me...try again next time though.

You mention a bias, you mention trolls--you mention no action being taken against those who violate the Terms of Service, so in response you (inadvertently perhaps) proceed to violate them yourself.

Reason with me here Arya--you did pay for this game, but you have to realize that it does not entitle you to create redundant threads, it does not entitle you to disrupt the community, it does not entitle you to accuse Zenimax of anything based off of your personal interpretation of things said/unsaid or otherwise spread misinformation regarding the community, it's moderators, or companies/organizations involved with The Elder Scrolls Online.

Fact: hundreds of thousands of other players also paid for this game as well, and it is likely that a portion of them may have submitted support tickets as well. Creating multiple threads in an effort to speed up a response from a supervisor is just no good.

I just look for a simple answer they promised me without all your INSULTS! Doesn't your game work well enough that you don't have to harass me?

If you don't like me trying to get a simple answer just look away and move on...or just try to prove your intelligence while arguing over issues that don't involve you.

Arya, how many times do you think you will be able to violate the terms of service without being banned? I actually recognize your name because you recreate closed threads so often I've taken to saying, oh it's an Arya thread, and then generally ignore it.

I'm going to keep requesting that spam threads be locked/removed so that valid threads don't get pushed to page 2 and beyond. I'm not trying to prove my intelligence; my intelligence is not and will never be up for debate with anyone on an internet forum. You say these kinds of posts don't affect me? Ckeck the thread and history on WHY I am fighting over this issue...so nothing better to do than come insult people that disagree with you? Name calling is a personal insult and against ToS last time I checked...but thank you for nailing my issue on the head, why does ZoS allow personal insults against those who disagree with the company? Feel free to get me in touch with that supervisor at any point.
