Absolute waste of time IMO patch notes are more like a hot fix that just made werewolfs completely useless. Get it together zenimax ive been logining out everytime after I die for vampire passives for over a month now and you nerf the only thing that made werewolf remotely viable? Get out of here....

Seriously complaining because they fixed some things? really !!

And how is feeding on the same corpse effecting you as a werewolf? Is it too hard to kill another victim and feed again?
Again, you have no idea how software development/deployment works. You can't just say "oh I see that this is a problem" and it's magically fixed. You have to investigate what is causing the problem (which often means spending a great deal of effort trying to duplicate it), find a way to fix it, and extensively test the fix to see if it results in things working as intended, without breaking anything else. Oh, and before you even start that process you have to go about prioritizing which issues should be addressed first, which means that you have to do preliminary analysis of the impact of those issues, as well as how much effort will be involved in fixing them. Yeah, I guess I'm stupid for knowing how all of this works and not expecting that there's a magic wand that can instantly make everything perfect.butterfly442 wrote: »As someone who works in software development/deployment, I can tell that you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. We will be performing our scheduled maintenance on the North American megaserver on Monday, May 12th at 8am EDT / 1pm BST. During this time, we will be pushing v1.0.8 and will also be doing some backend work. Because of this, we expect maintenance to last slightly longer than usual.
We'll publish the patch notes during the maintenance, and will let everyone know as soon as the server is back up for you to play.
Thanks for your patience!
With all the things that could have been fixed, that NEED fixed... and this is the *** we get...
Think for once son... a week wait and a day early for nothing. Meaning compared to all the *** that needs fixed.
The amount of stuff that needs fixed is staggering. For another week to roll by and this is all they have to offer us is an insult for the amount of money they made in this past week. Do the math, 15 bucks divided by 4 is what I paid. Multiply that by all the people that remain. Imagine how many people are pushed out the door today with this ignorant ***.

@ZOS_GinaBruno : This is a bit cloudy. Anyway: Does that mean that the EU Backend is getting this work too, tomorrow?

"Don't care how, I want it NAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOW!"
Well, it depends on what exactly the backend work is. Because the 2 servers use different databases, it's possible that one requires backend work that the other does not in order to maintain that DB. If the backend work is something universal (like something that they hope will help address bots), then both would definitely need it.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Just a reminder that in addition to the new build, we are also doing some backend work. Yes, we'll be doing the same extended maintenance for the EU megaserver as well.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Just a reminder that in addition to the new build, we are also doing some backend work. We should be opening the NA megaserver in the next couple hours.

I just...wow. He is a software developer that understand the cycle and you called him stupid? What do you do for a living?
You literally sound like Varuca Salt from willy wonka, your money does not make the process any easier.
If you understood even fundamental concepts of computer programming, you would pee yourself and the daunting task of fixing a game this size.
Please sir, go learn something and quit speaking from your bum.

You guys *REALLY* have got to work on your customer service. If you guys have been consistent in one thing, it's your terrible CS.

While his tone may have been rather forthright, he has a very valid point. As a Software Technical Lead/Product Owner myself I can get through an average of 15 bugs a day alone.
6 weeks with mainly nothing but quest fixes and loot nerfs due to botting is just not good enough. Yet they have the time to release more content when half the stuff they already have is bugged.
