Not seeing anything in the patch notes on the various lorebooks that are missing and/or bugged or don't have a post quest location. From my own list of what I know is missing:

Gleaner's Claim - No Post Quest Location and no return to Outer Fargrave option
Kharsthun's Translation, Second Stanza - No post quest location (and was only added recently to Wrothgar)
Letter from Aradros - Does not appear to be in game
Yffre's Hymm - Does not appear to be in game
Dread Lady's Letter (Mysteries and Clues) - Had a post-quest location but was removed from game

I'm sure others can add more to that list. If you are going to have a collectibles for players to gather, they should be just that - collectible. I can't even imagine the uproar if a page from a Style Master wasn't available to collect, and lorebooks should be treated no different.
