Stafford197✭✭✭✭✭Yes that is exactly why Nightblade Fear was changed - it was buggy to break free and could get you stuck in terrain. Now ZOS reintroduces it because they completely forget their own mistakes.

It can be used against adds in PvE. The thread is about Charm breaking the game in multiple ways, and those ways apply to both adds and players.
