Consistent bouts of unresponsiveness & weird CP issue

Since the last patch I have experienced the game bugging out around once per hour. The details are different each time but the result is the same. I become unable to select the desired option and end up having to reboot. I have experienced:
- being at the Outfit station and not being able to leave (would not accept cancel or confirm)
- went into a BG game from Outfit Station and outfitter graphic remained in pre-match, again could not exit
- using Giladil the Ragpicker, pushing square to decon one/many items unresponsive
- could not accept or cancel CP, could not exit
- at a wayshrine, could not travel to anty location, X unresponsive on destination
Also since the last update, when I enter CP having swapped builds using the Armory, the set up is as if I was in the middle of changing CP and has options to confirm 3000 coin or cancel. However CP is corrupted from actual stored build CP. Cancel works and then CP returns. This bug is consistent and occurs every time I enter CP for the first time having swapped builds.

✭Since Update 43 I've also been experiencing some unresponsive menus/buttons and controller inputs while using the PC Gamepad UI with an Xbox One controller.
Unresponsive menus/buttons:
While in a group dungeon, I opened the Group menu and tried selecting the menu option "Leave Group" by pressing the Xbox "A" button but the menu option was unresponsive.
While queued for a random dungeon, I opened the Dungeon Finder menu and tried selecting the option "Leave Queue" by pressing the Xbox "X" button but the option was unresponsive.
While in the Ragpicker's deconstruction menu, I tried to deconstruct a selected item by pressing the Xbox "X" button but the option was unresponsive. I also tried mass deconstructing several selected items by holding the Xbox "X" button but that did not work either.
It seems like the menus can still be navigated (at least in my cases) but sometimes the menu options become unresponsive to pressing the controller's face buttons (Xbox A, X and Y). When this happens we have to either "/reloadui" or quit the game to get the menus/buttons to start working properly again. I'm not sure what causes the menus/buttons to become unresponsive because it doesn't happen all of the time and there isn't any UI errors.
Unresponsive controller inputs:
After being AFK for a few minutes (standing around at an Undaunted Camp), all of my controller's buttons had stopped working except for the left and right joysticks. I had to disconnect and then reconnect the controller just so that the game would recognize its button inputs again.
Other controller weirdness:
For a while now even before U43, sometimes if I try turning my controller on at the Login Screen or the Character Select Screen then the game will just turn my controller back off again, and this can happen multiple times before the game finally lets the controller stay turned on. This only happens during these specific screens and once I'm in-game this does not happen anymore. When ESO is not running, I can turn my controller on and if left untouched it will stay turned on from anywhere between 10-30 minutes before it automatically turns off.

Would it be possible to check if something was changed in Update 43 with the Gamepad UI or Controllers that might be causing menu options/actions to become unresponsive to button presses? People have reported this occurring on PC, Xbox and PlayStation. And I've encountered this problem on PC almost every single day since Update 43 released.

nbksaske✭✭✭Lately when I join dungeon finder and I get that "someone declined" message my entire UI freezes up, having to close the game to "fix" it.
Happens regardless of zone or time of day.

✭I don't know if it's related, but in the past two days I've got a couple of new Gamepad UI errors while in different menus and trying to press the keybinds for menu actions.
