These errors occurred when I was trying to destroy a stolen item in my inventory. I pressed the button to destroy the item (Xbox "RS"), the dialog to confirm was shown, but when I pressed the button to confirm (Xbox "A") the errors popped up. When the errors occurred I could not close the menu with my controller, instead I had to press Escape on the keyboard and then /reloadui.
