I have been trying for a few days now to get a situation in game resolved and am constantly run around in ESO'S automated system of fill this out fill that out and waiting for an agent to get back with me but getting SAME automated response to my problem with no solution. It would really help if i was talking to a live person and not a AI bot. So far no fix to my problem and waiting again for another automated response. SOMEONE at ZOS , PLEASE!!!?!?!!! If your alive, please contact me.
