Why I Have a Social Banned?

I have been Waiting almost 3 weeks to know what for i have social ban! and i"ve created 2-3 tickets via support,
First ticket is = 240911-001448
second ticket is = 240920-003625
Third ticket is = 240906-002019 (for this ticket what i"ve created i tought that was a bug but apparently its not a bug, and i dont know why its somehow have a strange symbols/markers when i wrote.)
So please i need answers and need to know what i have actually do? and if it possible to get remove this ban?
