If not, guess what QA? You're doing it wrong.
lol they are written before it is pushed. But don't usually post them ahead of time until they push them to the server and make sure its okay before posting the notes. Wouldn't you be upset if they said something was fixed that wasn't even addressed because of complications when pushing it to the server? They don't post them right away in case they need to edit them.

i understand any trepidation over releasing patch notes, after the last patch(?) to EU server borked and they couldn't actually publish it, leaving the notes out wide open over fixes to exploits....

I'm pretty damn sure that they wrote then notes before the push to live, but they don't want to post them until they know that the install is working and doesn't need to be rolled back. Also, it's like this MMO crowd is becoming more and more OCD to the point the most normal people.... are the gold spammers. This is bad, look at all the whining over scheduled maintenance then patch notes, etc.... this game is meant for adults, how the heck did all these children get on here? I notice this in EVERY MMO crowd out there now that I have seen. And whilst yes TESO very definitely is a game, our subscriptions are an informal social contract. Emphasis on Social. Given these forums are concrete its a good place to start exploring that, and discovering just who everyone is and what we are dealing with here.0 -

eula and tos aside, because they heavily favour the Dev company, our sub creates a business relationship with Zos. In any dealings it is easier to favour a relationship that is easygoing over one that is abrasive.
So in order to facilitate good business its in the communities and Zos' interests to get along.. and that requires equal parts trust, disclosure and privacy.0 -
