I read over what you wrote in the Patch Notes, and what's written in the in-game help file, and did a little testing. This may not really answer your questions, but I hope it's useful.
Help File info that's not in Patch Notes:- Extra rewards from daily quests for: Volcanic Vents, Delves, World Bosses
- Extra rewards from enemies at the above, plus the 4 associated dungeons
- Extra rewards from bosses: all of the above, plus Dreadsail Reef
- Extra yield from harvesting nodes
- Minor typo under "Event Tickets": "cam" instead of "can"

Additional comments:
It's really nice to have included Tribute dailies, especially vs. NPCs as well as players! I wish the daily endeavors for playing Tribute would include playing NPCs, at least some of the time - I think it would encourage more people to try the game. Many are afraid to play vs. players, especially if they haven't played much.
Increased drops in dungeons, delves, trials, vents, and harvesting nodes - can't say enough positive about that. Thank you so much!! Always very much appreciated!!
I also appreciate the attention to detail about tickets; such as including the possibility of getting them from a weekly trial quest. That's always been a thing from this sort of event, but is not always mentioned, so sometimes people can go into a trial not realizing they should've spent tickets first. Ouch. (And not many people are running Event Tracker these days since the base game has added so many ticket protections, and passive double xp. Plus console players never could.) Helps you keep track of your Event Tickets, so you don't miss any. Double XP on events is PASSIVE now!!4 -

✭✭✭✭✭I had mentioned this on the Housing feedback thread, but the Legacy of the Bretons event would be cooler if it dropped the knight and druid statues that we currently see in the new Grand Gallery of Tamriel house.
These statues are currently named Imperial Statue, Guard and the Imperial Statue, Druid, which is wrong as the former depicts a breton knight and is a fixed version of the Damaged Knight of St Pelin Statue, and the latter druids are really associated with the human origins of the Bretons.
Druids and Knights represent a huge part of the Breton legacy, so having these statues drop during an event called Legacy of the Bretons would make a lot of sense. Please do this for breton fans, and rename these statues as they are not imperial.

Your team shouldn't be allowed to make major changes in a game this old, not after we devoted YEARS of our LIVES to it. WE GET A SAY, TOO.
Nerfing the largest pvp class will cause fewer players.
Nerfing like this, after ALL THIS TIME, doesn't just *** people off, they quit over this stuff. I personally will leave the game over it and will stay away from anything this company ever does.0 -

✭Legacy of the Bretons Celebration- still nothing in the notes that the lack of pathing for npc guards in Vastyr is fixed.
In Alinor you've the outdoor singers (and local crazy lady) on timers, so they're not always going, but in Vastyr it's 24/7.0
