Watched Twitch stream to get my Chaosball Cohort pet but never dropped. I've re-watched it, still no pet.

    I watched it live. Then watched it recorded twice. They were talking about the problems with the drop during the broadcast. I tried to make a ticket with Support but got nowhere because there is no option for missing Twitch drops. Can you be more specific on how to make the support ticket?
