Hallo,

since i don't get any real replies to my ticket and i am not even sure if i get a bot answer or a real human i will make this post here.

I have my ESO account since january in 2014, and ever since then i have the same @Name.
My @Name was the name of the small little monster character in the series Futurama (LordN....).

On friday i got a 72h ban and a "final warning" for this @Name.

- I had already multiple times contact with support about other topics -> nobody ever told me that my @Name would be a problem
- i attended ESO tavern with this username -> no problem
- nobody ever told me ig that he feels offended by my name

I tried to reach the support in the moment i got the ban, but they didn't reply to me.
I only got one answer saying "your provided names are already taken or are against TOS"

I don't think i deserve a ban or a "final warning" because of my 10 year old name.
And if a part of that Futurama characters name is a problem in some language you could have still just force me to rename, without a ban and a final warning

i wonder what the community thinks about that topic, getting banned for a 10 year old @name.

I wish that i would get my final warning removed, thanks in advance.
