Hi, does anyone know this overtime effect is on me ? Goes beyond 30 seconds and cannot find an identity for this icon ? I assume it’s a set not a debuff or status affect

ATCWarhawk✭✭Looks like Malady from the Jerral Warchief monster set. Its stacks reduce your healing if that is what is causing the debuff.1 -
