Volendrung messages not appearing.

Volendrung is not being revealed.
For some reason all the splash messages for Volendrung are not appearing on my UI.
I know others can see the messages because they all go looking for it.
Would this be a setting or a bug?
This started before U43 so that is not to blame.

We have two help articles linked below that go over how to uninstall or remove add-ons that you're currently using.
I will disable my add-ons tomorrow and see what happens. I will post the results here.

Yesterday I disabled all my add-ons and watched Volendrung switch hands a few times. I also watched as it vanished back to Oblivion. Not one message appeared on my screen. So my add-ons are not causing the issue. I'm not sure what is wrong, now.- Monster Slayer
