Customer Support equals general forum

Why make a forum this way?
People has no real place to to talk general stuff about the game and site, and the things connect to them.
MMO has a problem of getting people on the forums in the first place, as only a small % of players actual goes on the game site or forum, but you seem to dont want them to com here?
Getting people involved actual makes them want to play our game. Look at CCP with EVE, also I have talk to people that had a hard time stop playing WoW as many of they real life and online friends where playing it.
Basic, your forum is a mess, the way it is build up, the way it look and the structure of it.

But the search fuction no good either, I have a better change to use google to find a topic from this forum.2 -

And the players helping players seems to be the general discussion forum now.
Before that was the case I had a post from here mored to players->new players.
But, surprise, surprise there was no access to make new posts on that forum at the time so I had a post that noone could reply to.
I agree 100%. These forums are a total mess - just like the game.Yeah, I got a PC. I just don't feel the need to post it's specifications for an ego boost.3 -
way i see it there should be a number of forum divisions, and subfora inside those as well.

Have you look at the game discussion section? want to talk about PvE, oo you can only talk about the quests and dungeons. Nowhere to talk about general PvE, nowhere to talk about combat against mobs.

Stormynature✭✭✭I truly pity the CSR reps who post in these forums. It doesn't matter what they say, it still reads as "Hi! All we can do is pass your service needs upwards (where appropriate) as we have little or no decision ability beyond striking down the vile malefactors (and their posts) who breach the community rules".

✭✭✭✭If any forum mods look at this page and are giving feedback to the forum design people, I would also like to point out that in the current forum design there is an awful lot of wasted screen-real estate if you use widescreen display of any kind - the comments form a small strip down the middle of the page. So if the forum team is looking at any updates, could they please make the comments part of the forum autosize to the user's resolution width. It's currently like reading Ogham script on a narrow dolmen. Thank you

There is nothing to consider. People do and will keep posting general threads whether you like it or not. So you can give us a separate section or you can keep all these posts unorganized, scattered throughout the forum, off-topic wherever they end up. this is true in so many ways.
I have made some ingame or from site support tickets, all e-mail, and not once have they help, just ask me to do the normal stuff I did before I made the support ticket.
Some of my guild mates, have tryed the phone support and got help that actual did something, so I am starting to think that all the staff on forums and e-mail are just there to make you wast time and hope it solves itself, but chances are you end up leaving.
