It's not a guild, the Psijic Order is just the overall name for those testing PTS rather than normal beta testing which had it's own names. I was in both and they are not guilds just to denote the difference and also for forum section to discuss closed beta. There is an message at the pts launcher that this one guild can.
But ok. I give it some time.

For info, if you can't see each other in dungeon you have to teleport to each other one by one. This puts you all in the same phase. Of course, it's also an unacceptable and undocumented design feature which I think will cost Zenimax customers.

I like to think so anyway, because i do like this game. I don't like their handling and customer service too much, but i can also understand what a stressing time they are going through at the moment, so i will be patient with them for as long as i can.

Yep and it's hardly like mmo's have gotten easier as services to launch since... but no one wants to grasp said fact.

While we expect bugs etc what never happens is this sort of rubbish with money being taken out of accounts withoout renewals. In 10yrs of wow it never happened. This is a fail of EPIC proportions. Imagine the headlines - ESO unable to correctly process subscribers in first pay run!
Pathetic. After such a top game at launch and awesome everything they drop the ball over this

Payment issues are very common with new-launch mmo's.

Couple of issues I have with this idea
#1 Evidence : dont make a statement but show me a time when en-masse they took money without renewing subscriptions
#2 So what : If it is common it is no less acceptable. In fact if it is common then it should have been foreseen - if you are an attorneyatlaw that word should mean something

Btw, wildstar is another money grab. If you want to play cartoons just play wow.
I cannot resubscribe until things are fixed and while I know there are quite a few players who have boosted ahead because of ZOS's incompetence on server-side security in relation to vulnerabilities and exploits.
My experience consisted of helping ZOS police bots that should never have been able to get away with what they did, explaining to ZOS how to prevent this happening and how to stop speedhacking, bumping into numerous bugs, finding quests where NPCs would not spawn where people were waiting for days to finish those quests, playing as a class with bugged passives, etc. and enjoying the client's ability to leave my character trapped in scenery whenever there were lag issues due to how things loaded up.

Well, that's clearly what they are doing in large numbers, the OP being one of those.
The logical conclusion of a continuous desertion however, will be a cancelled console launch (stakeholders won't throw good money after bad) and a dying game for the rest of us.
Hence it would be better for everyone if ZOS stepped up to the plate in the customer service department. Because if you read the thread, that's primarily what people are concerned about.
